[WT-support] Tunnel for HQ station available

Hi -

The tunnel software which HQ teams can use to connect their station all 
together is now available. Please send me an direct email (even if you 
already send an email before) to know where to download it from 
(actually, the link is the same than last year + 1).

The server has been rewriten in order to avoid unnecessary bandwidth. 
For example, log synchronisation protocols are not broadcasted anymore 
to everybody but the LAN the station asked for the synchronisation. It 
will be necessary to test it carefully!

The special HQ version of Win-Test will be available later.
