Thought of that except the BAK file is over written each time and requires
some digging.
Grabbing that pointer and appending the Date Time to the BAK file would
resolve same.

Alternately the backup every "n" minutes and enable to time stamping however
on a large log enabling that every 5 min would occupy a lot of HD space
