[WT-support] EZMaster WinKey not working

Hello Fabio,

 

I have installed a new EZMaster unit (V1.40) and I am not able to get WinKey
to work.  All other EZM features seem to be working okay.  

 

Several others have reported the same problem and mentioned you might be
working on a fix in firmware.  Is there a WinKey fix in the works that will
resolve this problem?

 

I have reported this problem to the tech support desk at Ham Radio Solutions
but have not received a response.  Please advise what can be done to get the
manual WinKey keyer input working.
