Hello!

I used Win-Test for the first time in a MIX mode contest and I have a
few suggestions and reports...

#1 - You need to be able to change the CW speed easily when running on
SSB and doing 2nd radio QSOs on CW. As Fil, CT1ILT reported there is
really a big need to be able to have a seperate CW speed on the 2nd
radio, this is a must. Suggestion would be that if you are in the 2nd
radio window and try to change the speed you change on the 2nd radio,
not the first.

#2 - When clicking on the * button to change the TX focus I'd really
like to see that the Auto CQ stops. As it was now I needed to first tab,
enter the call, press away the tab, press escape to stop CQ, press *,
scream my call and enter to log it. If the auto CQ would stop I would
atleast need to press a few buttons less.

#3 - Another issue this raise is that if I am tabbed in the 2nd radio
window and want to work the mult and immidiatly press * the TX focus
remains on radio A since I am still tabbed into the 2nd radio window and
since this switches the radios I still have TX focus on Radio A. So in
this case I need to press tab, enter the call, release tab, press *,
call and log the QSO. (These two issues #2, #3 are mainly a problem on SSB).

#4 - We really, really, really need ESM. Everybody who is used to
Writelog or N6TR probably feels the same. Anybody who isn't used to this
INS and + stuff probably think it's crap, atleast I do.

#5 - For some reason now, I don't know if it happened during the contest
but when I send a serial with a blank field it sends 2045 and not 2057
as it says in the log, which was the last serial number sent. If I enter
a QSO it sends the correct nubmer though.

#6 I did during the contest delete a couple of QSOs which ended up
increasing the serial number. I did not notice this (since I have no
monitor when SO2R) so I sent 3 numbers higher serials on CW while
sending the QSO number on phone. The serial number is really, really,
really not visible well. I don't see the point of having a QSO number on
the left and then have another serial number behind the sent RST.

I'd rather see that on the left you have the number I am sending than
just the QSO number, that can be retrieved from the summary instead.

#7 - This has been reported before but the Voice keyer stopped working a
few times, but that was easy to fix since I just entered the setup menu
and pressed ok without changing anything. Another thing is also that I
don't get it to save the last sound card I used, it always selected the
default one in windows, I have two in my machine.

#8 - If I am in the 2nd radio window and write SSB nothing happens. If
switch band from 15 to 20M and write SSB it switches back to 15 CW.

Otherwise it worked very stable.
