[WT-support] CTY files updated

Hi

I forgot to mention that relevant CTY files are updated and available in 
the usual http://download.win-test.com/files/country/ directory.

The full package of WT 3.9.0 recently released includes these up-to-date 
files.

Reminder : You can update your files by using the Options / Data files / 
Country files menu item, assuming your machine is connected to the Internet.
