Hi Rudolf,

agree.

In my oppinion that depends on whether you have been already 10 minutes
on the (old) band before.

the comments below are my oppinion on that.

no. UA9A is a new mult, so you "are" still on "20m"

> 10 15 00.09 DL1C C 9:00 nothing
> 11 15 00.10 OZ1A C 8:00 nothing

same before, all those are new mults.

> I only spent 7 minutes on 20m instead of the required min 10 minutes;
> QSO does not count for me!

no. Your 20m-Time is now over (10 minutes, while working three mults
on 15m). This is your first contact after a QSY.

> 13 20 00:12 I3B 10:00 2.00 minutes

illegal qsy back to 20m, because you are on 15m now.

> 14 20 00:13 EI7M C 9.00 1.00 minutes
> 15 20 00:14 DL1E 8.00 nothing
> The 10 minutes on 20m are over; I am free to qsy to wherever I want.
> WT says I need to stay

well, if you qsyed back to 20m on qso 13, then you have to stay on
20m now for at least 10 minutes (that is from 00:12 including 00:21 ).

> 16 15 00.15 I3C C 10:00 nothing

illegal qsy #17, you have to stay again on 15m to avoid crossing
the 10min rule again.

> 18 10 00.17 I3D C 10:00 nothing
> 19 10 00.18 UA9A C O 9:00 nothing

only new mults.

> 20 15 00:19 F5A C 10:00 8.00 minutes
> Since I have already spent 2 minutes on 15 for QSOs 16 and 17

don't know what triggers the 10min counter again here.

well, I the 10-min-rule of the CQWW states the following:
"One?and only one?other band may be used during any 10-minute period
if?and only if?the station worked is a new multiplier."
so maybe there have been too many QSOs before.

The RDXC-Rule states
5.3 MOST stations are limited by "10 minutes" rule. Start time is determined
on the first QSO made on that particular band. Only one signal can be
transmitted at any given time. Exception: two signals on different bands
are allowed if and only if the station on another (only one) “multiplier”
band picked up a new multiplier. This “multiplier” band should also be
changed on “10 minutes” rule. Contacts, violating both rules, should be
shown in the log, they will neither be counted nor penalized for an
entrant, but counted for the station contacted.

so here it is again: you may only use ONE(!) multiplier band during 10min.

> 23 15 00.22 EA8A C 10:00 7.00 minutes
> Yes, it's a new multi, but the base band is 15 where I have not yet
> completed the 10 minutes stretch

maybe the same effect as before.

> 24 10 00.23 DL1A C 10:00 nothing
> 25 10 00.24 DL1F 9:00 FAULT
> I only spent 3 minutes on 15 in this 15m-session; QSO does not count for me

By now I lost the band where you should have been staying.
