[WT-support] Mults IN IOTA

Here is how it works :

If the same IOTA reference is found in the log for a given band/mode it 
is displayed. If not, a station from the same country is displayed 
(which might be confusing if there are starions with a different IOTA 
reference, I must admit).

Maybe we could modify the following way :

- If an IOTA ref is entered in the appropriate field of the log, *only* 
  QSOs with this IOTA are displayed and nothing else.
- If no IOTA ref is (yet ?) entered, any Q with this country is displayed.

Actually, we must take care that stations could be :

- Always IOTA (G land for example)
- IOTA or not (F land for example)
- Never IOTA (HB land for example)
