[WT-support] WT v3.14.0 available

Dear WT users,

In order to fix the problem reported by some of you with the IOTA 
contest, we have release version 3.14.0 just a couple of days after v3.13.0.

In addition to that bugfix, this version comes with the NCCC Sprint 
contest added, the Elecraft K3 added (to be tested) and various 
improvements/bugfixes.

- Done some improvements and bugfixes in the NAQP contest. It now uses
   a specific "Equivalent State/Province" file: NAQP.DAT. It also uses
   the Cabrillo v3 specs for generating logs for the contest sponsor.
   The RTTY leg also supported.

- Added NCCC Sprint (NS) contest.

- The Run and S&P radio buttons of the Secondary Radio Window are
   now hidden when S&P mode is not active. Tks CT1BOH.

- New text command "MESSAGES" to open the "Standard CW/RTTY messages
   configuration" window (menu "Options | CW/RTTY | Modify Standard
   Messages). Text command "MSGS" is an equivalent. Tks N6TV.

- Elecraft K3 added to the list of supported radios. Tks F6BEE.

- Run/S&P switching capability menu renamed to improve the user
   interface.

- Bugfix : IOTA contest (and several others) : The guessed exchange
   was not correct. Tnx DL4CF.

- Bugfix: WT Windows of an imported Cabrillo log were not opened
   at startup. In addition, WT was loosing Focus. Fixed. Tks N6TV,
   I4UFH.

- Bugfix: Under certain circonstances, the exchange was not filled in
   for stations previously worked. Fixed. Tks N6TV.
