You can keep this browser help file open and use Alt-Tab to display it.

Just use the space bar. Most of the time, you don't need to use the Tab
key. I think I haven't used it for years, now. And if you check the
Tools | Data entry | Exchange guessing | Automatic option, you don't
even need to use the space bar...
