[WT-support] Bug Report, WT 3.11, 3.12: Ctrl-K doesn't update $LOGGEDCALL

Actually, TBH, I think this bug already existed (at least once the 
Ctrl-K shortcut was introduced...).

Fixed in our dvpt trunk. The next release will be OK.
