[WT-support] An error on 3.12.0

Hi Larry,

I've got the same problem...
But tried to revert to 3.11 version brought me an error message.

"The setup program cannot install this update: version 2.5x or later is 
missing"

How can I do the revert?

The easiest way for now is to revert to version 3.11.0

This CW bug is only visible when using the internal CW generator. It is 
a side-effect of the reduced PTT hold-time.
