[WT-support] Objectivs per Band/Mode

There is no possibility to use band/mode objectives files. Only total 
points, mults, scores etc. are used, whatever band/mode they come from. 
And it makes sense, whatever category is used, as only the final score 
is the objective and pushes every op.
