[WT-support] Correcting Spots

Hello Win-Test Team:

A note from last weeken'd CQ160 operation at DQ4W:

Win-Test allows to delete spots from the band map. In a Multi-OP
environment, these spots will also be deleted on all networked PCs -
which is nice!

There is also an option to modify a spot in the band map. However,
this works only locally. We'd like to suggest to propagate this
change also throughout the network.
