R: [WT-support] Win-Test and WinKey (v4) problems

I've got same problem using EZmaster and also manipulation of letter was not
correct in 60% of the transmission. Then I switch to the LPT port (always
via EZmaster) and it is working OK. But looks like WT has really some big
problems in CW transmission.

Why not try with the integrated CW keyer which does output CW and PTT on 
the DTR/RST pins of the COM port? You only need a few components to 
build the simple interface: http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Interfaces
