How about creating log files and excluding all the other bands than needed 
from cabrillo log? You can do it from File | Create Log Files ... Then from 
Cabrillo options exclude f.ex. all the other bands except 160m and name the 
log as 160m.

You have to do that for every band but it doesn't take very long.
