[WT-support] CW transmision & monitoring with laptop usb

The commands to enale/disable the CW monitoring in the PC speaker is 
SOUND/NOSOUND (entered in the callsign field, then ENTER).

It is necessary to enable the PC Skeaper in the BIOS of some laptops. 
With some Sound system, you have also to enable the PC Speaker in the 
"Volume Control": double click on the Speaker icon in the system tray, 
then menu Option | Properties, then search if you don't have a Volume 
Control which could be for the PC Speaker. If so, enable it. 
Unfortenately, it is also possible that recent Laptop doesn't support PC 
Skeaper anymore... :(
