It is not a bug, it is a feature ;-)

Actually, as some KH and KL stations are now located in the "48-state" 
land and don't specify /K, we choosed to display them all.

Yes, please. Note that there are options in the Check Partial (and N+1) 
windows to limit searches to the size of the window or not etc.
