[WT-support] Icom SPLIT problem

>From Dave's (W9ZRX) most recent test, I don't think the BANDMAP or ALT-A box is
part of the VFO loading problem.
Dave please correct me if I read your test wrong.

Here is what I believe happens:

No callsign in the call field . Making it a simple test.

Radio running transceive (VFO A) with CW. VFO A on 3525.0

Hit MINUS key on computer

Enter SPLIT frequency of 3530

VFO B is loaded with 3525 CW mode
VFO A is loaded with 3530 CW mode

This is REVERSE of what should happen with respect to what frequencies are
loaded in which VFO.

I think this is the Icom WT problem. (Sorry, I am away from the radio to 100%
test) Please correct me if I am wrong about the procedure.

The problem the latest beta version was fixing was that the VFOs were loaded
correctly (frequencies OK), but that VFO B went to USB instead of CW anytime the
SPLIT (using the MINUS key) was entered.
