[WT-support] Stew Perry Log Problem

Tom,

Rename or erase the HF.DTB  and VHF.DTB files and Win-Test will use
MASTER.SCP instead.

The latest version is at http://k5zd.contesting.com/scp/MASTER.SCP .
Download this to your Win-Test directory then type REOPEN or REOPENNOW in
Win-TEst to use it (command crashes sometimes, but no harm done).

You can also create your own STEW_PERRY.SCP text file listing callsigns from
your old logs, one call per line, and Win-Test will use that file instead.
