Hello win-test programmers, users and owners...

I asked 2 times, none answered to me about an aditional contest in new
version of WT.

Do I need to be CT1BOH or some superb contester if I want a new contest to
be on
WT list of supported contests?

Last year I asked the same question without any answer to my post?
Where I can post my "questions" to be "heard" by FVY/MZN ?
