[WT-support] INS and + : Not working in vers. 3.17.00

The easiest way is typing [SHIFT]INS or [SHIFT]+ to check and modify the messages.
And the NUMLOCK has to be off while using INS and +

  That should do it.  You can also type MSGS [Enter] as a shortcut to this menu.

  But, if that doesn't fix it, try this test:

    1.. Type DEFINEKEYS [Enter]
    2.. Click [Add]
    3.. Press [Insert]
    4.. Press [1]
    5.. Click [Add]
    6.. Press [+]
    7.. Press [2]
    8.. Note what you see on the screen
    9.. Press [Esc] to cancel all changes 
  At step 8, you should see:


  INSERT    1
  PLUS      2


  If you see something else, it's a keyboard mapping problem, and you can work around that with DEFINEKEYS.

  Are you by chance using an Icelandic keyboard?
