[WT-support] RTTY MINOR BUG: Sometime INS dosat work

Noticed: during SARTG WW RTTY

Looks like sometime "INS" doesn't feel the higlighted callsing in the MMTY
window.

Scenario1:

CQ de xxx
Answer: xxx de yyy (lighted) yyy (lighted) yyy (lighted)+ some letters from
noise OR
yyy (lighted) yyy (lighted)
INS
Callsing in log is "NOTHING" (empty) end transmit previous QSO call OR
insert a string without any sense and start qso with it.


Scenario2 (minor problem):

CQ de xxx
Answer: xxx de yyy (lighted) yyy (lighted) yyy (lighted)+ some letters from
noise
INS
Callsing in log is yyy (lighted)+ some letters from noise 
REQUEST: is not possibile to get the FIRST highlighted call instead of the
last one?(maybe a master.dta cross checking would help to get the right
call)
