[WT-support] LoTW contest 2007

Hi.

 

I will work LoTW contest 2007, webpage: http://74.194.51.88:7777/  ,but
there is no "contest" made for this in WinTest. Will somebody make some new
one, or edit the CQWW 160m files? These contests have the same rules, but
you can ONLY work 160m and not change band. In LoTW you can work on other
band also.
