Actually, it is one of the SO2R features of Win-Test.

The shift key is used to redirect keystrokes to the secondary radio window.

TBH, I don't know the layout of the italian keyboard, but one workaround 
is to use different keys with the keys redefinition :

Another workaround is to use the CapsLock key to bind to the secondary 
radio, instead of the Shift key :
