[WT-support] WT 3.15: [Escape] key doesn't exit some windows (Alt-N, Alt-G)

In Win-Test 3.15, the [Escape] key doesn't seem to close the "Write a note"
(Alt-N) or "Chat" (Atl-G) pop-up windows.  Maybe this is true for all
versions.

I don't know if this is a bug or a feature request. :-)

The message programming pop-up windows (Shift-F1 through Shift-F7) work as
expected.  The first [Escape] closes the window, and the second [Escape]
stops any sending.
