[WT-support] QTC-timing problem in WAE-Contest

While we are in the QTC section, when sending QTC by clicking by mouse on
Ctrl-F1 (or any other line) it will turn white showing that it is sent, but
when using the insert key or CR and move down by arrow it will remain
unchanged is this the normal behavior?
