[WT-support] FT2000 Load station into VFO B

[SM6CNN]

Hello Olivier,
I just checked the development version. The SWAP command is now slow but 
consistent. Always the same result so the timing issue is solved.

The frequencies are changed as follows:
VFO A Orion gets VFO A FT-1000MP    OK
VFO B Orion gets VFO B FT-1000MP    OK
VFO A FT-1000MP gets VFO A Orion    OK
VFO B FT-1000MP does not change     wrong
