[WT-support] NAQP DX Scoring?

I haven't tested it either, but the question was about a NA station getting
QSO credit for non-NA contacts. That should be the case, but apparently
Win-Test is not scoring them.

According to http://www.ncjweb.com/naqprules.php?page=2

12. Valid Contact: A valid contact consists of a complete, correctly copied
and legibly logged two-way exchange between a North American station and any
other station.

So, I think Win-Test 3.14 is working OK for NA stations. If you are in
North America, Win-Test gives you one point for every non-duplicate QSO. If
you are outside of North America, it should only give you one point for QSOs
with North Americans (and KH6), and 0 points for everyone else. I have not
tested this though.

GL in the NAQP.
