[WT-support] NAQP DX Scoring?

Hello,

I just read the rules for the NAQP CW that starts today.

The rules say that non N. American stations send only "name".  The rules also say that non-North American stations do not count for multipliers but DO count for QSO credit.

If I am reading the rules correctly, why does Win-Test give a zero point for non north america QSO's ??
