great job in develop new RTTY WAE support and
mods /fixes to current WAE. Tnx.

I tried a bit and all seems to work as expected.

I have one suggestion/request that I think useful
(I originated this Fx assignement for the CW EU side)

I suggest to modify the actual assignement

TxCwFxLabel / TxCwFxMessage
TxRttyFxLabel / TxRttyFxMessage

to have consistency between the Rx and the Tx side.

In CW  doesn't care but becose EU are Rx only and
DX are Tx only, but in RTTY both EU and DX
can send/receive QTCs, so I think it is useful to
have the same Fx key do the same thing in both Rx and
Tx situation.

Please keep this assignement:
RxCwF5Label=TIME?
RxCwF6Label=CL?
RxCwF7Label=NR?

and modify accordingly the Tx side, i.e.
TxCwF3Label=Time  --> TxCwF5Label=Time  
TxCwF4Label=Callsign --> TxCwF6Label=Callsign 
TxCwF5Label=Serial Num --> TxCwF7Label=Serial Num 

the same for the Message part and  for the RTTY.

This is to have the Fx keys for asking/sending fills
in the same F key group in the keyboard layout.

-->F keys are grouped 4-by-4  :)!
