[WT-support] Registration

OK, I give up.  I downloaded version 3.4.5 (now upgraded to 3.5.0), then 
bought a subscription.  This got me a customer number and a computer 
code.  I then clicked on "Registration key request" and received a long 
registration number by e-mail.  I have plugged this number into the 
appropriate field in Help/Registration, but I continue to get notices 
that I am running a trial version and need to register.

Help!  What am I doing wrong?
