[WT-support] Swap the frequency on both Radios.

Hello lads!
I like to have the left radio as RUN radio while I like to have the
second radio as "MULT" radio (if not DUAL CQ). So when I for example do
contests (one amp or more on each radio) when I was using writelog I
just pressed Ctrl + R (had it bound to VFO freq change) just switched
the mult station frequency with the run radio freq and tuned up the amp
quickly.
All SO2R stations don't have access to big antennas on both radios and
then you need to have one of the radios as run station while the other
one just to get the mults. It's very neat when you find a new frequency
on the 2nd radio, press a button and it's swapped.
I think it's a good feature and it would be nice to have it in Win-Test
as well. In Writelog I only used it when changing bands after I had
found a new freq on radio B.
Now because of Olivers fantastic Caps Lock feature and advanced so2r
mode through the LPT port, I'll be running Win-Test for the first time
now in a serious effort from SM2HWG as SJ2W in CQWW.
