The redefined keys are working only within the log entry fields, and not 
in dialogs fields. If so, it would prevent some characters to be used 
for example in the spot comments, in the notes etc...

It also works in the callsign field ;-)

BTW, you can also enter the *complete* freq without decimal. For ex if 
you enter 18202 in the callsign field, your radio will jump to 1820.2
