If you have an EZMaster, you can also use a second foot switch.

In the next version, a "persistant" mode will be available as well: the 
CAPS LOCK will also be usable to bind keyboard into the secondary radio 
window.

Thanks for seeing the error in the SO2R page. And thanks to you guys who 
are working hard to write this great manual. It's an impressive job. Really!
