Hello Dave,

With USBII and DB15-FT-1000MP you will not get Voice keyer working. Cable
and unit is designed for digital modes FSK or AFSK (FT1000MP must be in PKT
or RTTY mode). When radio is in USB/LSB mode, rear panel jacks are not
enabled.
