[WT-support] Communication with witest and telnet

Hello,

I have not a problem with the DXcluster also the communication with Wintest
and DXtelnet.

Read (again) The Fine Manual here :

Check you haven't any firewall engaged on ports which could block 
communications between WT, WtDxTelnet and the DX-cluster.

It just works.
