[WT-support] Partner Mode - confusion and question

I can try again in one week to test the delay, but without contest conditions
(traffic on the network) it may not be slow.

My CW team is telling me that we really need the REALTIME Partner mode to work
(just like CT) for it to be effective using WinTest. Fixing the delay we saw
during SSB in the ALT-ENTER Partner mode would not help unfortunately.
