What do you mean by "left mouse click to any QRG will change the main 
vfo QRG"?

Frequency swap between two radios across the network is not related to a 
frequency. In the "status" window, right-click on the row of the station 
you want to swap your frequency with, then select "Exchange frequency 
with...".

I have tested with various radios and setups, with or without EZMaster, 
and it always works for me. The only things I have not tested in all 
situation is a frequency swap with split mode activated. It's OK with 
Icom and FT1000-D/MP but not sure that it is 100% perfect with other radios.
