fake date in the future.

2nd question - are there any tools for importing new data into the VHF.DTB
file?

I just checked our server log and 2 keys have been sent to your email on 
17:57 and 18:25 UTC.

Please check your email inbox, and your anti-spam box if you have one. 
Some tight filters don't allow multi-language emails !
