[WT-support] DXTelnet and Win-test

You have the whole reason,
with the version 2.29.1, DXTelnet <>winDxTelent <>WT, now works OK in all 
its functions.

Information for the users:
My configuration
- On the part of DXTelnet
1) start DXTelnet to any internet cluster
2) start another session of DXTelnet in ACCEPT-1 (ACCEPT-1 and not ACCEPT) 
with the
    following configuration Network Address 127.0.0.1 Port 23
- On the part of wtDxTelnet
1) Start wtDxTelnet and connect to 127.0.0.1 on port 23.
Now all the DXspots will run in all the senses, it is perfect!!!!
