[WT-support] Championnat de France / Software problem

For a first trial, I downloaded the freeware version of WINTEST just for the
dx side of the REF contest.

However, when trying to open a new contest file for the REF test, the
following error message appears:

Le programme n'est utilisable qur pour le championnat de France coté DX.





How can I avoid this and open a contest file just for the championnat de
France / REF test?
