[WT-support] Hooks for sending Wintest logs to a webpage

Yo.  That little debug trick has shown up something very interesting.  A
discrepancy between the log_prodCan and the sum of the logs of the
vector is the same as the discrepancy between the update function and
the compute function in the previous iteration.  Very strange!
