As the ADIF format is not standardized for contest logs, ADIF import is 
not planned in a near future.

IMHO, the best way is to convert ADIF to Cabrillo, with a text script 
(gawk is your friend), a spreadsheet program, or LM4 
(http://www.lm4.de/e/whatslm.htm) which is the most adapted to this task.

Then, you will easily import the Cabrillo file in Win-Test.
