[WT-support] ADIF export does not include <TX_PWR> field

I just exported a contest to ADIF and imported it into my logbook.  I
noticed that even though I set a power level in the contest setup window
that value was not included in the ADIF export and subsequently is not
in my logbook.  If a power level is set, it should be part of the QSO
record that is exported via ADIF

Also it would be nice to have the option to include the contest name in
the ADIF <NOTES> field for export also so that information is also
transferred to my station log.
