[WT-support] WT 3.0 and Rtty in Wae Qtc-Window

You are right, pressing those buttons does something
in windows (i.e. can be selected, clicked on, You can see
they're pressed) but nothing happens in MMTTY.

(contrary to pressing F1 in normal log mode, there is a CQ
in MMTTY.)

also the QSO-Points seem wrong - WT counts EU with 0 Points,
but you are allowed to work everybody, so this should count 1 point.

I think You're correct, in RTTY, every QSO should go as a QTC.
only QTC Traffic is across continents, but this does not tell
something about which QSOs count as QTC and which do not.

I think this implies that an EU can give a QSO with other EUs as a QTC
to any DX.

Another Problem: You cannot set RTTY-Messages in WAEDC if you select
RTTY - because Options/CW is disabled and so You can not set the
messages.

But till WAEDC-RTTY there is some time, and I guess they'll fix it :)
