AW: [WT-support] IOTA files

[Ulf, DL5AXX]

Hello,

The IOTA.DAT contains the mapping from the reference number to the name of
the island used in the check multiplier window.
The IOTA.DTB is a master.dat especially for the IOTA-Contest, containing
calls and reference numbers.
