[WT-support] IOTA files

Hi Pascal & Dominik
It looks then like both the DAT and DTB files do that same function, since I
only loaded the DTB file in my installation (that's all Larry gave me when
we were checking the database!)

Hi,
I guess IOTA.DAT is solely used to display the Island name in the F10
window.
Anyway, two usefull files for next week-end
