Hi All,

At first, thanks for WT-development team about excelent
support and development work related to WT for WRTC 2006.
WT worked like a charm and really helped a lot. With all
those superioir WT-functionalities it was really excelent
tool.

We will re-read our notes, but here are short list of
observations that hopefully help you to develop future
WT-upgrades:

Bandmap functionality:

-It seems that band map can't store exchanges, it just
store calls. When inserting e.g HQ-stations, you cannot
put callsign+HQ abbreviation in bandmap. When getting
calls from bandmap you will always get default
exchange...This made things a littlebit slower because you
had to re-enter exchange when working new HQ's from band
map.

-When sweeping bands up and down, it would be handy to
enable such functionality which will get calls
automatically from bandmap to callsign field when there
are something in that frequency(+/-adjustable tolerance).
If you don't like to work that station moving vfo up/down
would automatically clear callsign field.

-It would be nice to get your own cq-frequency in band-map
(frequency where you have pressed f1-key)

Partner feature:

-We noticed that partner feature doesn't work if you have
two computers on same band and mode but the computer b has
configured 2 radios. Station B- Radio A is on different
band/mode, but Radio B is on same mode&band than Station A
(radio A) and radio B was active on station B.

Station A/Radio A 20m CW (active)
Station B/Radio A 15m CW
Station B/Radio B 20m CW (active)

Now when station B (with radio B ) inserts calls to
partner window, those calls doesn't appear in station
A-screen even both stations are on same band and mode.

Check Multipliers window

-It seems that even you have checked actualize information
to automatic and when you enter exchange in callsign row,
check multiplier doesn't refresh until your press space.
E.g insert new multiplier callsign in callsign field log
that qso. Insert callsign from same zone but change the
exchange as HQ-station abbreviation. Check Multipliers
window doesn't refresh itself untill pressing space.

I just checked how WT behvious in CQWW: it doesn't notice
the zone what you have typed in rcvd field as an zone
number.

We have earlier reported some CW-problems with Ez-master
w/wo Winkey when using +/- marks in cw-messages. Randomly
we faced still these cw-timing problems and cw was sent
slower than it should have been. We will check if we can
find some audio clips and come back to this issue later
on.

After WPX CW we reported some add WT behaviour with some
specifix prefixes (then it was some JA-prefix which caused
WT-crash). At the very end of WRTC-contest our station b
faced same kind of problems now with some N2-prefix (I
have to check this). When entering that prefix in the
callsign field WT-crashed. Computer was brand new laptop
never connected to internet with minimal software needed
to run WT.

Propably other WT-WRTC teams can report their observation
/ development ideas aswell.
