[WT-support] Version 3.0.6 is done

Thanks for excellent support Larry.  I have not had chance yet to even run
V3.0.6  yet; May be worth just telling people if they can jump to 3.0.7 from
3.0.0???

Not a big deal when you only have 2 changes; but more important later !

I have to find time this weekend to play more with a multi-pc setup for IOTA
test preparation
