To be clear, Olivier means :

If you make a modification on a QSO while your stn is OFFLINE, and comes 
back ONLINE afterwards, this QSO will be not corrected on the other 
stations. But, if you're ONLINE while modification is processed, of 
course, the modification will be propagated to the other connected stations.
